Welcome to “Haroon Portal – FZCO”, a platform connecting individuals seeking legal advice with licensed attorneys for legal consultation and assistance. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Website Ownership: Haroon Portal – FZCO maintains the https://haroonadvisors.com/ website (“Site”).
Services Provided: Haroon facilitates the connection between Clients and Lawyers for legal advice and assistance. We do not provide legal services directly but act as an intermediary platform.
Eligibility: Clients must be of legal age to enter the app. Lawyers must be licensed by the Ministry of Justice. Customers under the age of 18 are not allowed to register as users of the website and are not permitted to transact or use the website.
Client-Lawyer Relationship: The use of Haroon does not create an attorney-client relationship between Clients and Lawyers. The relationship is solely between the Client and Lawyer engaged for legal services, and legal advice is made through the app only.
Confidentiality: Both Clients and Lawyers agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged through Haroon. However, the platform cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.
Fees and Payments: Clients agree to pay the fees charged by Haroon for their services, as agreed upon between the Client and Lawyer. Haroon may charge a service fee for the use of the platform, which will be disclosed to Clients and deducted from payments made through the platform. Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
NOTE: The initial appointment fee is set at 500 Dirham (AED) for a duration of 30 minutes. However, lawyers may adjust their prices based on the duration of future appointments.
Use of Information: By using Haroon, Clients and Lawyers grant us the right to use their information for the purpose of facilitating connections, improving services, and complying with legal obligations.
Code of Conduct: Clients and Lawyers agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions facilitated through Haroon.
Liability: Haroon is not liable for the actions or omissions of Clients or Lawyers, including but not limited to the quality of legal advice provided, outcomes of legal matters, or any disputes arising between Clients and Lawyers.
Indemnification: Clients and Lawyers agree to indemnify and hold “Haroon”, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their use of the platform.
Modification of Terms: Haroon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law: Our country of domicile is the United Arab Emirates. Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
Trade Restrictions: We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Transaction Records: Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules, which can be found at Privacy.
Account Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
